Grant Media LLC, is the large search network which had spent many years learning the art of promoting and managing high-volume trafficed Web sites on the Internet. They are now a client while running the systems which were left in place allowing them to continue making revenue well into the millions of dollars. Company Description GrantMedia.Com, the premier branded portal network, is owned and operated by Grant Media, LLC. GrantMedia.Com is your portal to the Internet, making it easy for you to quickly and easily locate and use the sites you are looking for. Their paid search listings and tailored marketing programs give our advertisers maximum exposure to their target audience. The Application The primary responsibilities during the growth phase at the company was to improve and expand on the advertiser, affiliate, and partner tools in order to continue to lead in the Paid Search Space. We had began building the Paid Search Engine during the summer of 2002 when GoTo (now Overture) was the only game in town. Today we all are familiar with Paid Search in that it's Google's trough of slop from which it so hungrily feeds. This included the need to maintain the main Search Engines as well as the backend. We created, managed, and improved the secure backend by which tens of thousands of dollars per day were received. This included the payment systems, user/client management, url/site management tools, loggin and reporting. Review the Sites: The Grant Media corporate site can be viewed below.
